Services
Chiropractic is a health care science based upon the relationship between the skeletal system and the nervous system. Positional changes or fixations in the joints can irritate or compress nerves or the spinal cord and cause problems along the nerve pathway — through trauma, falls, sports injuries, repetitive motion, or often just a simple wrong movement.
Chiropractic is the art and science of detecting, diagnosing and correcting these problems.
Short, quick force applied to the joints to correct a misalignment, increase range of motion, or release pressure on nerves. Techniques include Diversified/HVLA, Thompson drop and Cox flexion/distraction.
A hand-held tool that imparts a much lighter input to the joints — many light taps instead of a single movement, for those who prefer a lighter touch.
Non-invasive, generally painless therapies for a variety of pain conditions. Ultrasound is FDA approved to help treat pain.
KT Tape provides drug-free pain relief and flexible support to keep you and your muscles active and recovering.
Available in the office as part of our soft tissue therapies.
Also called Shockwave therapy: high-energy acoustic waves sent into the treatment area to help reduce muscle pain and promote healing without surgery or medication.

We send text reminders for appointments and emails for receipts or any other paperwork.
We are no longer contracted with any private health insurance networks. All patients are self-pay at time of service; we provide the paperwork on request so you may submit the claim to your insurer.
We continue to bill Medicare Part B on your behalf for Traditional plans — not resold or replacement plans such as Medicare Advantage. Call us if you are unsure which you have.
About
A classically trained chiropractor with a special interest in sports-related injuries. A 1995 graduate of Northwestern College of Chiropractic (now Northwestern Health Sciences University) in Bloomington, MN, he set up practice in Rockland in May of 1996. Blaine grew up in Winterport, graduated from Hampden Academy and studied at the University of Maine in Orono. He loves biking and hockey, is most at home treating fellow athletes of all ages and levels, and is a past President of Rockland Rotary.
Dr. Davis grew up in Rockland and graduated from St. Joseph's College before heading west to California and Oregon for her doctoral studies. A recent graduate of the University of Western States, she completed her internship at our Rockland office in 2023. She takes a special interest in perinatal, pediatric and whole-family wellness, and is certified in the Webster Technique — a specific analysis and adjustment that reduces nervous system stress, balances pelvic bones, muscles and ligaments, and optimizes the mother's pelvic function in pregnancy and birth. More on the Webster Technique. Dr. Davis is taking new patients.
The person up front who does it all — setting you up, signing you in, scheduling visits and handling paperwork. Monica is also a licensed Chiropractic Assistant and performs many therapy modalities when Dr. Curtis cannot. Her true love is being around animals; she's always ready with a treat whenever a four-legged friend visits.
